Marion is a knowledgeable and effective communicator who helps buyers find down payment and closing costs assistance through a variety of grant programs, while working through tough loan situations. Her peers and other industry professionals seek her guidance and direction on grant programs due to her level of expertise. She places a high focus on working with first time homebuyers and offers them refinance opportunities, education, and other important information.  

With over 20 years of experience, Marion spends a majority of her time educating homebuyers at various homebuyer seminars throughout Hampton Roads as a way to give back. She enjoys working with members of the military and helping those individuals in the housing choice voucher programs. She has cultivated numerous relationships with Housing Counseling Agencies on the Southside and the Peninsula since joining Fulton Mortgage Company, a Division of Fulton Bank in 2019.
